I used to be embarrased to wear shorts because of the large scars on my legs. I’ve had several surgeries on my knees, starting in childhood. I’ve always been self conscious about the long, ugly marks. In my healing journey I’m learning to accept the things I can’t change.

We can’t erase our scars but we can change our perspective and the way we see them. See them as sign of strength and endurance not pain. Scars represent healed wounds, lessons learned, and stories of triumph. And when we look at them through that lens, we see the beauty of it all.

Great goods from you, man. I have understand your stuff previous to and you’re just too excellent. I actually like what you have acquired here, really like what you are stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care of to keep it smart. I can’t wait to read much more from you. This is really a terrific website.
