Juicing is GREAT for managing Rheumatoid Arthritis!

Getting back on the JUICE for my health’s sake🥤💗

Over a year ago I lost almost 50 lbs by juicing and choosing a diet of more fruit, vegetables and water. I experimented with vegan recipes and added those snacks and meatless meals. I drank more water , added lime/lemon when I wanted flavor, and walked around the block with Georgia🐶 twice daily.

Then, I confess I fell off the wagon with watching what I eat. Life issues, stress, anxiety , shoulder pain from torn rotator cuff, extra fatigue , changing living situations… I got away from my routine and slowly the pounds have been sneaking on… again.

Well as I’m settling into my new space, it’s time to pull my trusty juicer out and get back to wellness. And I’m openly sharing for accountability. Feeling BETTER , keeping my weight in check requires me to choose what works for me.

🥤🤗 NOTE Drink juice 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Don’t eat for 15-30 mins after drinking it for quick absorption of nutrients in your cells and digestion system.
