Bubbles can be as fun for adults as they are for children. They motivate physical movement and create an atmosphere of excitement and playfulness. Bubbles can provide a positive point of focus to help you let off steam and to release some daily pressure from “Adulting”.

Blowing bubbles can help to regulate and release heavy emotions and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Exhaling slowly is calming and blowing bubbles slows your breathing, which results in the same calming effect . Controlling your breath helps to regulate your nervous system, calm your emotions and can relieve tension. So not only is chasing bubbles fun and physically beneficial, blowing bubbles can be a great stress management tool.
