I created this video flashback to capture my year and how I have been working to turn my pain in to purpose. 2023 has gone quickly. Of course there were ups and downs, tears and smiles and my continued daily battle with this illness. Most people didn’t know that as a result of me no longer being able to work, I had loss a lot of people, places and things over the last 7 years. Most tragically, I loss my self. I was in pain physically and mentally. I was SICK and TIRED of life itself and felt I had nothing to feel J🌟Y about.
BUT GOD!!! My outlook and perspective about living with a chronic pain, and autoimmune illnesses like #rheumatoidarthritis♿️ and #Lupus, of having to face more painful days shifted because my focus has shifted. And I will continue to focus on the PEOPLE, places and things that help me and strengthen me to live a life that is full, productive and joyful in SPITE of the dis EASE. My healing began in 2023.
