The truth is, I am exhausted!😩
The past few weeks have been full of doctor visits, tests and more referrals. I’m still going to physical therapy twice a week for the rotator cuff. Then last week, I got the first of three epidural, steroid injections for back pain.😬 The schedule for this coming week is more of the same…
Managing a life with an autoimmune disease is a full time job. And chronic fatigue is a big part of that package. So I’m giving myself permission to take a break. My daughter and son-in- law picked up my furbaby, yesterday to help me out. If I can’t keep up with social media posts, or if i don’t feel like doing laundry, I won’t feel guilty. If I don’t feel like cooking, I got enough soup, sandwiches, salad to last me. This coming week, l am going to take it slow to allow my body and mind to be replenished. I’m limiting my to do list to activities that will refill my tank.
