🪷After a warm bubble bath or shower, a mini session like this one is especially good for achy joints and sore muscles. Add your favorite tunes and scented candles or a diffuser for your own your mini spa session.
🪷Self-massage is kneading your own joints, pressure points or muscles using your hands, knuckles, elbows. For the sake of time, in the reel I only focus on 3 areas. In real time, I would include my arms, shoulders, fingers, feet, & toes.
🪷Facial massages are a great way to give yourself some TLC. Only use lotions, oils, or balms specifically made for the face. Use a circular motion to rub your fingers into your temples. Use your palms & fingertips to massage the sides of your face. Starting at your chin, move up toward your forehead, then back down. Rub your brow bone. Pat gently underneath your eyes. This helps promote healthy, hydrated skin, relaxes your facial muscles, slows aging, helps relieve sinus pressure and stress over all.
🪷Knee massage helps reduce inflammation, muscle tension and improve circulation. Start with light pressure, increase gradually moving around in a circular motion. Front, outer, inner thigh and calf massages help loosen tight muscles, extending them for better range of motion. Use long strokes with the heel of your hand. Glide down, ending at the top of the knee then release. Repeat 5 times.
