






Release all worries?
How???🤔 I know it’s easier said than done in this fast-paced world. I am working on getting a healthy balance in my life. By doing this I decrease the stress that triggers Rheumatoid Disease activity. My daily goals are to walk the dog (exercise) get enough sleep or a nap, and quiet time for prayer/meditation each day. My biggest challenge is socializing and getting out of the house. I’m still working on that. To be whole and healed, we must make an earnest effort to embrace healthy habits.
